Chanderi, a beautiful city in Madhya Pradesh, India, gave its name to this fine fabric.
This hand-woven scarf is then dyed with the colors of nature. Pomegranates rejected from the temples give the fabric its apricot hue, while touches of coconut were sprinkled in the wind.
In the morning light, we see the brightest mirages of color emerge from this scarf, reminiscent of her eventful journey through rural towns and temples.
