We ship internationally across all locations through La Poste at the delivery address defined by the customer. We scan your orders upon dispatch and once your order is shipped, this number is sent to you via email. Please visit La Poste website and enter this unique number against your order to track the current location of your shipment and expected date of delivery. Shipping is free only above orders above 150 Euros.

We take 3-5 working days after your order has been placed, to dispatch your order from our storage utility. The expected date of delivery varies according to your location and day of the week.

Nimboo accepts returns for all full-priced items purchased online for either a refund or exchange within 15 days of delivery. Full priced items can be exchanged as well, without incurring any charges, within this period of time. Please ensure that the products are returned in their original packaging and in unused condition with all their tags intact. For very return made on Nimboo, the delivery note should be shared at the time of making a return.

The refund for your return can be issued either in the form of a credit note that can be redeemed at Nimboo for upto one year or in the form of cash, refunded to the account from where the purchase was made. If you receive a damaged product, please inform the customer service within 24hours of receipt.

In case of receipt of a damaged article, the customer must inform the customer service on the day of receipt of the package. Any communication received after 48 hours of delivery shall not qualify for return unless expressly covered by the product warranty

Please keep in mind that all returned and exchanged merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and without alterations. Sale items, gift cards, and one-of-a-kind pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. For purchases shipped internationally, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange as well but charge import taxes or tariffs, customs fees, or other charges that may apply outside the charge of the product, will have to be borne by the customer and Nimboo will not held liable for the same. Please check with your internal logistics provider for additional charges that you may have to incur for international deliveries.

 

Exchange Requirements

  • Product must be new, unworn, and unwashed* with original tags attached and in its original packaging.
  • Product was purchased directly from Nimboo site.
  • All custom, limited edition, artist collaborations, sale or discounted items are a final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

DELIVERY & CUSTOMER SERVICE

All orders are delivered between 3 to 15 working days from the date of shipment except if there are unforeseeable circumstances or natural calamities that may affect the delivery. For certain countries local holidays may affect the timely delivery and Nimboo customer service will inform you in that case.
